At present, there is a surging consumption boom in the catering industry. However, the existing gas safety issues have always been of great concern to society. In order to improve the overall safety level of catering places, State Grid Nanjing Power Supply Company has taken the lead in implementing the "replacing gas cylinders with electricity" work in Xinjiekou Street to safeguard the "vitality of the city".

It is understood that compared with bottled liquefied gas cookers, "all-electric kitchen utensils" adopt an overheating (overload) protection device, with a thermal efficiency of up to 90%. The use cost is reduced by more than 40%.
